I'm confused as to whether Deji had a year or 6 months? I think his transformation was amazing for 6 months and good for a year. He didn't have a six pack but I think people underestimate how genetics play into that particular muscle group and how it presents. Its a lot easier for some than others. Its a terrible standard for attractiveness and fitness. I'm also saying now that the camera man will not be able to get a better result in 4 months. It takes more time, then these guys seem to realise.

Keep in mind the guy thats doing the 16k sixpack challenge will probably have loose skin cuz he has to lose ALOT of weight in a short time period. That could make the end-result look worse.
I personally didn't enjoy the cooking video that much, but it's not like Jedward did anything wrong. They came in and lifted the mood and added some more content to it, which was amusing if u ask me. As for Danny Aarons, the guy is just very anoying at times don't think that many people actually dislike him. Maybe that's just me though, who knows.
