I wish there was a LOVE button, as "like" just doesn't seem to be good enough! As a high school principal, I struggle with creating organizational flow for students and teachers. I copied your template with the intention of altering it to fit my needs, but after following your video, I was able to create a solution that allows me to track student tasks, notes, and discipline reports. Even better, I was able to create something very similar for my teachers, which includes tasks, notes, and evaluations. Both the students' and teachers' notes and tasks are related to each other as needed, while discipline and evaluation tracking remains separate and related only to their respective sources. Absolutely amazing! Thank you!
Ok here's a little tip for the callouts. I used to have the same problem with the blocks, they wouldn't stay inside the callout so what I do now that makes it easier I think is I take an empty block or a divider and move it inside the callout, from that point you can put your mouse in front of the title of the callout and hit enter. Now you can add anything you want inside the callout without having to move things inside all the time because they don't stay there. Hope this helps
Dude, i went step by step pausing and reproducing the video and making everything with you, really happy to have learn something new, and most important this is great since i didn't have a CRM to organize all the information of the agency. Thank you so much.
Fantastic! '*edited* I wanted to come back and say thankyou! I followed along and made it myself. As a new user to Notion, this has given me a lot of ideas for using it.
Thanks productive dude for explaining all the details of this template in a simple way. And thanks for providing the template too… I followed you and built this CRM but also at the end used your template. Even If I want to use the template, building it once will allow me to understand all aspects of it and will help me to utilize it fully. Thanks for 3rd time for getting me back to use Notion😊
Thank you so much for this fantastic video💪🏻! I've just implemented this CRM system myself based on your walkthrough, and I'm truly impressed with how effective it is. However, I am encountering an issue that you briefly mentioned in the video and it's about the automatic creation of new entries. Every time I press the button, new entries are created automatically, even before I have the chance to assign a name. Could you please advise on how to fix this so that entries are only created after a name is provided? Thanks again for the great content!
I appreciate you and your content so much! Thank you for doing what you do! Your videos have helped me tremendously with Notion!🤗🙏🏾 *sidenote do you plan to make a video about how to build a client portal in Notion? Or know of anyone who does? After I build my CRM I’m going to give it a shot!
This is amazing! I've set it up to work as I would ideally want it to work for my company - however we would like to assign tasks to certain people. If a task is assigned to person "x", it would show up in their task feed. Is it possible you think, or is this more for a solopreneur?
Hey @productive Dude, a quick question: Please answer, I've been stuck in this for weeks now. How can we automate the dates? for example, if I have my customers on 30 days subscriptions - how can I set up a recurring system that changes the dates. Also, for example, if there are 3 days remaining till their due date - I should be able to set up a status or a sign that says Send reminder Next, when they hit 30 days, it should say Due and after 30 days of not paying - it should say overdue and then if they can pay - then it should subtract the over days and update 30 days... and similarly, in other scenarios - I am unsure if we can handle this logic - I have been working on this for weeks and am still unable to do it. Please help and if you can do a quick video. Thanks a lot. I have a pick-and-drop service, where I have customers. I want to know when they are due on their pay so I can ask them as we do everything cash-based as of now. I want to be able to know the status for them also if possible, manage my drivers, their salaries, expenses if they take advance salary and vehicle management, such as petrol, toll fee, permit, fines and of course repairs...
Yes, the face to the name is so helpful in remembering them. Can you use the regular search function to find people/companies in this CRM? Is it possible to add a search box in a callout for quick searches? Finally, can you limit the number of contacts/companies in the callout and create pages to click though with left/right buttons or breadcrumbs of some sort at the bottom of the callout? Thanks so much for always having such informative and easy to follow videos on Notion, as a n00b they have been enough to keep me involved and woking towards builing my perfect company workspace.
Hey Keith! Currently Notion doesn’t have a block called search bar. You CAN filter and sort the contacts and companies based on a number of properties in your database.
When you wrote If(empty("action date") in my notion it's asking to add 3 value in IF but you only added one and there's no error 😕 what's the matter with it
I LOVE the template. Love it. I'd like to add a project database. Thje project will be related to a person who is related to a company. And then the tasks database that you are going over at the 13:29 mark would have times related to the the project database. Does it make sense to add a related property to the Projects database (which I'll need to create) or is having the two properties (Related People & Related Projects) overkill?
What do you mean by the Projects database times? Are these project deadlines in the project database that you want to show in the task database or something else?
@@ProductiveDude sorry I meant "Tasks" (not times). Basically I'd like to connect the tasks to both a project and a person. Is that possible or am I thinking the right away about the problem I'm trying to solve.

That’s awesome!!
instead of the table with the Is Empty Created time, you can now use buttons for quick add

This is absolutely fire dude
straight fire 🔥🔥 thanks for the simplicity, definitely an appropriate design for Notion.
You bet
That is incredible!!!
Thanks so much for this.
This is exactly what I needed!! You're the best!!!🎉🙏🏻
Glad it helped. :)
That was a massive help! Thanks for your hard work putting this together.
No worries!

Great!
Thank you so much for this amazing video. I really like it.
You're welcome 😊

Incredible my friend. Thank you so much!!
Cheers to your success!
Thank you so much for a great video. 😀
Glad it helped! :)
👨💻Thanks 'Productive Dude'
No worries!
Excellent! Thanks
I have imported all contacts from my excel sheet in the crm, how can i link them to companies? I have huge data
HI, can i ask, how many clients can I add to my own built CRM ya? is there a limit to the number of people i can add ? Thanks!

Still in the first quarter of the video. Any reason you created tables instead of databases within people/notes/company pages?
Did notion formulas change? This is the part I’m struggling with😭

Currently Notion doesn’t have a block called search bar. You CAN filter and sort the contacts and companies based on a number of properties in your database.
I can't see what you are doing on the black screen. I prefer if the background is white.
Thanks for the feedback! :)
In the “Add” section, why don’t you use buttons instead?
This video was created before buttons
@@ProductiveDude Was wondering the same thing lol
Is there a way to have a pipeline view based on status?
Thanks.

They've changed formulas in Notion.
I'll be uploading some videos explaining soon.
@@ProductiveDude I need this information too :( have you uploaded as yet
I am watching this video and I am wondering if it is possible to build the relationships after I have all of these tables set up.
Yah it's definitely possible.
Watch how I added the relations in the video and use that for your own use-cases.
Dope 🎉🎉🎉🎉

can I up date my CRM without connection ?
Yes, you can. Just duplicate the template into your workspace and customize it
Gave up on Notion. Seemed good but, it's so sensationally slow
dear how to upload my contact into this list from mobile list and excel list thanks in advance
You can import to Notion using a CSV file
Hello, is it possible to connect it with my email?
Thanks
Hi, Can I share my notion template if Im using a free version?
You can share this video with people or share the link to my template
are you a Notion ambassador?
No I'm not

Yes
Bro what’s going on with your eyebrows 😂
