    Jordan, just hit 100% the other day as grandmaster member. Thank you so much for your great business. All said and done I was at 260% to truly get that 100. A lot of work but your program helped me go from 70-100. Thanks bro

    Since my PCP has refused to send me to the clinics I need I called the PACT office at the VA. The lady there said if I have the symptoms to file. I have a C&P with full exam and xrays week after next. The VAMC isn't making this any easier and you would think that if you are trying to get into ENT and you've already been diagnosed with excessive apnea and chronic fatigue, that the PCP would send you to any of those clinics... But no. That intent to file is very very important. It's a year back pay if you get approved on your claim and it's an increase.

    I went back and forth for months with the VA hospital over getting a diagnoses and finally they said to submit a claim and have the C & P examiner do it. I submitted a claim and they should have contacted me by now for a C & P exam. They said two business days.

    My wife's intent to file for the pact act expired today so the she needs to start from scratch. I was able to submit mine before the deadline today. Im currently at 80% and have been denied the last two claims for my knee neck and migraines.

    Wish I saw this video before I filled. Wrote a personal statement but didn’t mention my year long exposure to burnpits in Iraq because I assumed they knew about it and can look it up easily…I’m realizing we shouldn’t give the VA any credit haha

    I was a firearms instructor for 19 years. The PACT listed lead exposure as one of the toxins exposed to. I have plenty of documentation proving how often I was at the gun range. What would I need from a doctor? Or is what I have sufficient?

    Im getting the run around on getting my medical records. I go to one place, they tell me to go another place, then that place tells me to go to the place I was at before. Its frustrating.

      Incredibly frustrating… I’m guessing you’re going between the national archives and the VA records center

      The exact same thing happen to me I had to request my records 5 times before I finally got them, I would make a copy of each letter they sent me and resend them with a copy of my DD 214, don’t give up.

      If you have medical records, military or VAMC, you can go to your local state VA and request a FOIA and get everything the VA has, which will include all military records and VAMC records. If you only want military records and they are "recorded" then you can get those from NORA ( National Records Archive. ) Some records might not be available if you are old enough that they were stored in one of the archives that burned down or you are a special case, like mine, where records are kept by a 3rd party and unavailable to anyone. In that case the best you got is a Certificate of Service, which I got from Congress, and it will only show you served. Bubby records, which I use, are also a best bet.

    A toxic exposure screening? What do they test for? It is well known that Lackland AFB had asbestos in the barracks at the time I was there for boot camp and Kessler AFB the 10 months I was there, but no cancer. Can I do anything?

    I wasn’t in the gulf war or near burn pits, but I was at a base that I had to constantly go through X-ray machines to get to my post and top side was nothing but dust sand and wind storms. Would I be a candidate for the pact act. Acute bronchitis is in my records

    Has the VA approved claims for migraines tied to burn pit exposure? Am already rated for sinusitis through the PACT Act, as well as tinnitus. Wondering if it would be worth trying to obtain a nexus linking the exposure in conjunction with tinnitus for migraines?

    • @MadManUSMC
      @MadManUSMC 2 месяца назад +1

      Nope, only headaches via Gulf War, which was denied. I have severe Migraines and am about to go on injections due to blackouts and other bad issues. I have tried tying it to Tinitus and PTSD as well and all were denied. Hope you have better luck.

    • @ivumh593

      I submitted, and was approved 50 percent, for “migraines due to Gulf War presumptive”. Got out in 2002 and did NOT have any medical documentation in service. I did have documentation for headaches for the past couple of years from the VAMC, so I submitted those, along with a personal statement that outlined everything, as well a migraine log. They originally gave me service connected at 0 percent, but I applied for an HLR because it didn’t seem like they looked at my migraine log. Few months later, boom, 50 percent!
