I really like the 2-3 hour Pomodoro sessions. They are easier to complete compared to the 8 hour ones. I never finish them and so I never feel like I've completed something

I can't believe this was actually so helpful! I usually can't study for more than 30 minutes without getting bored and taking a break. (I have a low attention span). But this video helped me study 20 minutes longer! Even when the break came I still felt like going haha. I'm so proud of myself for studying a lot longer than I'm used to.
