A Lincoln judge stopped my eviction for not hand delivering my notice correctly. I don't do the 60 day notice requirement, just a 30. Thank you, Paul

I have am small multi-family property in Chadron and it seems the interpretation changes each time we go to court for some reason. It really is unpredicatable.
I've heard this over and over and over... even from the same judge
Frankly, there is a lot of abusive tactics by corporate landlords. As a former maintenance employee renters are screwed many ways like carpet being seen up to appear ok and they get the replacement bill when they !over out. Cheap fixes that fall apart and honestly plumbing systems repaired so many times pipes need to be replaced. Be seen property managers take a Tennant's belongings, garage them on the property and sell them pocketing the money. Corporate housing is pathetic.
I can't disagree.... Omaha Housing Authority is about the worst landlord on the planet. Yet, they get away with things that free market-based housing providers would end up in jail for. #DoubleStandard
