I take you on a room by room tour that is covered by a general admission ticket. On our visit the home was decorated for Christmas using 19th century decorations. Hey Y'all welcome to my channel. Join me as I travel the Highways and Bi ways is search of Adventure where we will explore Roadside Attractions, Abandon Places, Museums, The Weird and Strange and maybe even a food review or two. I couldn't even imagine living in a house like that, especially back then! An indoor heated pool? WOW! 😲...Always wanted to go there, it's definitely on my bucket list!
That place has always amazed me. It's hard to imagine people actually living that way. It's beautiful but I can just imagine what it would have looked like after my 3 hooligans lived there for 3 days lol.
Thanks for taking us along! Great video 🤷♀️
Thanks for watching
Beautiful! Thanks for letting us tag along.
Thanks for your support
Very well done Tony. Keep up the great work. Plan to go there sometime in the next few years. Fingers crossed.
What an amazing place. Thanks for showing Tony.
Thanks Nick. You have a great week
That place looks haunted 😱
Hello Tony👋😁🎨
Probably is. Old Vanderbilt looking for his money
Thank you for taking me here. And all these wonderful places on playlist! It's so awesome!
I forgot to tell you how much I appreciate you going there during the Christmas season. I never got there to see it all decked out. Did they say how many trees they had up? They were huge and decorated so beautifully. The decorations looked vintage, too. And that gingerbread house!! A lot of time went into that. So detailed. Thanks again for sharing this with us. I know I’ll be watching it more than once👍💕😊
I don't remember how many tree were up. Its really overwhelming. We had a listening device that told about everything. They frown on video so I tried to be low key
Love the channel tony!!!
*Awesome tour!!*
Thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it
❤️💯 Never had the pleasure to visit. I have it on my bucket list. Thanks Tony for the tour. ✌️
One of my favorite places to visit!
Great video. Enjoyed every room.
Thank you

It is a place like no other! Tfs
It sure is. Thanks for watching

Thank you for watching
Great show enjoyed it.
Thank you
I am looking from germany and i can say wow wow wow. Greetings from cologne
Wow, thank you!
Thanks
I remember asking you, fairly recently, if you’d go here. I’ve been twice, the last time in 2010, so I’d never seen Mr. V’s bedroom. The winery and rose gardens are great, too, if you go during the right season. Great job on this one. Thanks.👍😊💕
I wasn't going to go but I was in Brevard with nothing to do so I bit the bullet
@@CAROLINATONY thank you for shelling out all that moolah for our entertainment. We really appreciate it.😊
This is the only tour I could find that actually semi properly shows the property. Including hall ways and entrances and stable etc. although there’s still a lot missing from the estate I’ve been trying to use this house as a setting for something and it’s been impossible to find videos that aren’t edited to death
I remember going there and it was like a dream though it was very good I would not love there bc it is a big house although I would like the indoor heating pool.
"...and there's no rollercoaster here!" LOL
Good tours. I believe the sheet trying system was developed by the Shakers.
Could be
Good video..but it was a bit shaky. Thanks for getting an idea, we are going to visit
Great video, but I have to respectfully disagree about Mr. Vanderbilt's bedroom. I was last there in 2006 and his room was open. ♥️
You should have showed the Greenhouse and Gardens at the Greenhouse. Next time you go back take the rooftop tour!!!
I have the landscape greenhouse video coming Soon
Hey Tony, got you from The Woo, I am in western NC. Great VIdeo!
Thank you so much for watching and subscribing. I've been doing what Adam had my whole life, just without a camera. It wasn't until I discovered him 4 years ago that I started my channel. Thanks again
@@CAROLINATONY Good deal, I'll be watching and stay safe out there!
I’ve been there twice. It’s such an amazing place to see.
It was a long time since I've been
Me too
Amazing trying rebuild this house today how much it would cost
It will be accommodated in yeshuas name and the kingdoms glory
I know 3 languages not fully working on fluently butt I plan to learn more
Nice video! I though you weren’t allowed to film inside the house. Did the attendants hassle you for filming?
I didn't have a problem. I was discreet. No tripods.
Does the library or any part of the house have a secret passage
As in heaven as on earth
There will be no such thing as poor when I am done ❤️
Hannibal and Richy Rich
Me.and the wife were planning a trip to AVL to visit the big old house but it say like $100 for entrance per person...I guess I'll just watch the vid
It's not cheap for sure...
George died one Spring when he had a heart attack after he got his property tax bill for the House.
I couldn't imagine
Lion of Judah
omg. Image stabilization... it's a thing. this video made me sick in about 2 minutes.
I didnt have it on. I have improved since tho. but thats why I dont get paid the big bucks
