I bought the ice chain with gold hardware from HRH that was made for the jumbo and therefor has a higher price ($ 110, yeah I know...), but the rings wouldn't fit on my jumbo. When I mailed Alex and Judy about it, they wouldn't believe me even though I'd send them pictures with measurements comparing the rings to the rings from other chains I had from her. Too bad I live in Europe and not in L.A. because I would have gone to her office/showroom to show it to her in real life. I told her I knew how to attach the rings on the bag, that I was familiar with the mechanism because I have more bag chains from HRH. Even though it's always a tight fit I am able to attach the chain on the bag. With this one I really couldn't. The ring would scratch the leather on the bag for sure. And I am not willing to do that on my expensive jumbo or on any bag for that matter! They assured me that it would fit by showing a picture of a jumbo from Alex with the chain on. When I've told her that there must be a difference between the silver rings (which Alex had) and my golden rings they offered me to send bigger rings but I had to pay for it. Judy said this would be a big exception and also warned me that the bigger rings would have a slightly different gold color. They asked $ 50 for the rings!!!!! Ridiculous!!!! I've send so many mails but she will never admit that the rings are too small and she is not willing to do anything about it. In the end I said "just take my money and be happy". Not worth my energy. I supported her business, bought quite a few things from her but after this shitty customer service I am never going to buy from her again. And I felt stupid after finding the bag chains on Etsy at a fraction of the price. Samorga is selling nice ones too. Please don't be naive like me, she only cares about your money. She knows how to sell it but the quality really isn't there.
Thank you for getting the word out. It’s shocking that she’s been able to stay in business this long and with repeat customers nonetheless. Express and even forever 21 sells jewelry of higher quality. Her taste is very pricey and discerning/ discriminating so I don’t understand how she is okay being associated with such poor quality items.

I hope more people see this review, I had purchased a chain from her about a year ago, nothing crazy happened, was ok with it. But the second time I purchased over $120 worth of jewelry (2 items) and I just had the worst feeling after 3 weeks not receiving any kind of confirmation. Judy had even reached out to me via email to ask me if I wanted to add any other items to my order. They completely forgot to ship my order and tried to put the blame anywhere else other than themselves, it took 6 weeks for me to get my order ( I live 3 hours from their office and they pay for first class shipping) they smashed everything together in a package that couldn’t even close because it was too small for all my items. The fact it’s just Judy and Alex, and neither of them take responsibility, and the quality of the jewelry is poor speaks a lot about what kind of business they’re about: scamming.
(Sigh) don't worry love, I was duped too. $400 Presh Hoops that I coulda gotten elsewhere for cheap. Shipping was egregiously slow and they lied after I reached out to find out when they would ship. I thought the same thing about the product descriptions. i am extremely allergic to anything other than gold. I cant even wear gold plated jewelry. So I ended up not ordering anything which ended up working out in the end because I found basically an identical necklace (the studio 54 herringbone chain) which was priced at around $900 for half the price and a better quality gold. I started watching Alex years ago and i still watch her. She can be quite entertaining. But I cant deny that i was disappointed when checking out her site.

I just bought a $90 on Afterpay and after 2 payments the gold has already worn off and customer service said you can’t get the gold wet, or wear lotions or perfumes when wearing the jewelry. Lol and it’s not stainless, but copper under the gold.
So i became intrigued by her rudness and "realness" and i did my own deep dive and as some previous comments already stated she did used to handmade jewelry they were also super detail and "unique" and they were price accordingly like her most expensive item (chunky bracelet with a gorgeous stone) was $25 so idk what happened to her guess she just got lazy and greddy?🤷♀️ idk, but as someone who also makes her own jewelry, I can 100% tell you that a lot of us be buying stones and necklaces by the roll at whole sale suppliers here in CA, the difference between her and the rest of us is the PRICE, like my most expensive item is a set (earrings, bracelet and necklace) is $20 and i still make a profit and my conscious in clean since i'm not ripping off my CUSTOMERS. She also has a 🚫 0 RETURN/EXCHANGE policy and DOESN'T allow reviews on her items on her site, both of which are major red flags. Is just sad that she's over pricing crap just because of greed 😢

I have bought quite a bit of jewelry from PuraVida and had a ring that the rose gold finish “came off” and had another ring that a stone came out. I emailed them in both instances, then sent them a picture of the product. They sent me new items. No other questions asked. I recommend Pura Vida 100%!! Also Miranda Frye is a great company too.

I guess I am supposed to sit forever and hope to get it? I think the fuck not. I emailed them and was told that the reason my order hasnt been shipped is bc the missing component for my earrings wasn’t there yet but happened to come in on the day I happen to email them. Ok whatever that was a month after ordering… still, another month goes by after that and nothing. So I email again and ask for an update and then decide I just want to cancel bc im over it and she says she cant cancel one bc its been made but the other(somehow the component/parts were almost there even though They supposedly came in the first time i emailed them???) so i just canceled that one to get my money back. Idk when I will get these other earrings but if its not within the next week, Im contacting my bank and settling this. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Ill stick to my other small jewelry businesses
Also, wouldn’t it make sense to update your consumers on shipping delays/ missing parts or anything that has them waiting for extended periods of time?? Nowhere on the website did it say that there was any shipping delays due to covid because I know she doesn’t believe in Covid. my order supposedly shipped a week after ordering and by that I mean they literally created a shipping label and that was it I feel like any other business would email consumers about their order if there’s an issue or if they’re waiting on a part or some thing not just have us sit there and wait like dummies….

Alex (HRH Collection) is a scam artist. Thanks for uploading this video. I also bought necklaces from her that made my neck GREEN within one day. No perfume or lotions were on my neck. I complained and sent her a picture. She said it was my fault and refused to refund or replace. She buys everything in Aliexpress and ups the prices by a ridiculous amount, hence why she can afford that lifestyle. Scamming people. She doesnt make anything herself or design anything. She clips clasps on and makes packages. The design & items comes from Aliexpress, literally!! So made im China- not in LA and it shows
Tarnishing should not happen on 14k gold filled or sterling for a long time. SS does tarnish but if you store them air tight they should not tarnish for years.

I piad $75 usd and it took from Decmber 9 - Demcember 23 for delivery. When i opened my package , i just luaghed becuase the quality looked so cheap.
I've bought a few gold filled pieces from her and have never had a piece tarnish. And I feel like most costume jewelry brands are over priced (Kendra Scott, even the gold plated and gold plated pieces from Mejuri and Ana Luisa). To be fair to her, her prices are similar to these other fashion jewelry brands. Unless you are getting actual fine jewelry, the piece will not last. If you want something cute and trendy, then fashion/costume jewelry is the way to go. I did want these pearl melts, but I might get the plain ones now seeing your stones fell out :(

Wow, my mom has purchased gold hoops just like those from TJ Max. She wears them often and has never had any tarnishing and they were about $30 😖
