The sudden damage you take out if nowhere is from getting hit by indoor fish it has lagging damage that doesn't activate until the skill is gone

Correction: in his awakening ‘East’ is the stance where you get the 20 dmg M1s. When you awaken you start in that stance thats why the skill does nothing until you change to a different stance
what im pre sure you're supposed to do with his ultimate is what he did in the anime, use south to keep them stunned while you charge up the ult
north turns off south

East activates the gaurdbreak m1s in mode. East and West are modes, while north and south are abilities

Yamamoto one shot teh is when a character has long awakening animation, when you See the animation u can use one shot, when their awakening animations ends it will instantly kill them

I think you can spawn the skeletons then use the one shot as soon as they start hitting him
2:06 you can't ladder with it as it has endlag, in fact you can't combo extend with any skills due to endlag.
