I love my Disaster Transport SR. I mainly use it with with synths and modular and that works very well. Though, it would be so nice to have a version of it with a tap tempo. Or better yet! One with a sync in for us modular heads. That'd be super sweet indeed! Maybe you can find a field and grow one of those as an Eurorack module?
Ive been researching the perfect delay for synths for 6 months now and finally decided to go with a eurorack delay module! That way clocking is easy as can be.
My regret is selling my OG Disaster Transport jnr. My first quality delay purchased when I got back into guitar around 12 years ago. For approximately 2 years I ran the DA Jnr and a cheapo (but decent) NUX Time Force and tbh, I haven't really improved much on those tones even with fancier delays. Grass greener and all that. This seems rad!
I got the Parra version last week and it is a great pedal. I usually avoid using fuzz and delay pedals at the same time but dirt had never sounded so clean with this tiny box.
@@EarthQuakerDevices I got one on pre-order from favourite local shop. However long they take to get to Australia. I'm getting one. Guaranteed. So excited.
There are a number of differences! With the new DT Legacy Reissue, we've expanded on the modulation features, such as: A new Mod Mode switch allows you to bend or stretch the modulation wave. The new Mod Speed switch offers three rates of modulation, from bizarrely animated gradual climbs and steep drop offs to rapid chorus and intense vibrato. There is also a designated footswitch to turn modulation on and off. The delay line has been redesigned to reduce the noise floor and improve the quality of the delay. Plus, it’s now filtered to sound more like an analog delay than any of the previous versions. Wicked reissue y'all. I hope to get my hands on one at my local shop!!!
That bass part was actually good in making the effect very melodically subtle.

I actually preferred it with Bass

Very Cool! If I didn't already own a DTSR, I'd buy one of these.
