    I highly recommend a cellusizer rebounder. I attach those rubber tubing straps for strength training. I have my own personal solo sauna from Sunlighten I use almost daily. While in the sauna I do breath work while using a sea salt breather. Am Walking outdoors using a breathing technique called “the tens.” ( I used this technique to help me train for my Grand Canyon hike 8 years ago. I love your earthing suggestion and all your other holistic suggestions. The main thing is to keep your lymph moving ( a rocking chair even works for this! Good for the physically challenged.) and keep your lungs active and hydrated. Drink lots of pure water (no plastic water bottles) and hot herbal teas. Can’t wait to get back to Osteostrong. Ps, I am 72 years old and just joined before the shutdown.

    Great tips man, thanks! I'm jump roping, stretching outdoors and using the TRX rope at a park near to my place. Also using a home pull-up bar at the house. Lastly, just ordered a 3X!
