Cants see the point why n)t just ozonate the water for 10 seconds and rinse.

Do some research on Antoine Béchamp and the Terrain theory. There's a reason why most have not heard of either.

Kinda defeats the purpose of being in an EMF tent, if you bring your cell phone with you.

So is the purpose of running it through the filtered water, to help purify the ozone, because it's not medical grade ozone. Medical grade ozone requires pure oxygen to create.

I have two questions: 1- what is absorption and benefits if I use it while bathing/showering? 2- I didn’t understand if can use either ion or O3, or I can turn on both together, can I also turn on ion inside the sauna?

I love my therasage sauna however, the company never answers their phones so good luck if you have questions. I would like to purchase some other items but I have questions and have not been able to talk to a human being at that company so I will just continue to wait and see if they will ever answer their phones. I seriously don't know how they stay in business with such bad service.

Why not just put the ozone directly on teeth. You are implying that the water catches the ozone somehow? Why not ozonate the water & use that.

Any suggestions for bubbling a hydrogel or MCT oil like the dental office does after procedures? I love to syringe spot treat my gums ❤

Is this dangerous to breathe into the lungs in a small enclosed room? Is it meant to be absorbed into the skin instead of the lungs? Like with your head sticking out of the therasage sauna? Or can I breathe it in a small room into the lungs. Ive watched ozone melt plastic in a video. Wouldn't it melt your lung linning?

I though ozone was toxic to the lungs? So their are 2 different kinds of ozone? One is bad one isn't? I bought this product but haven't used it yet

After getting the bubbler and the dental applicator , the instructions are so vague and terrible. I mean can they not have a better book showing cleaning? Drinking water..? Etc... so incredibly disappointed

How long can I use this per day?

I have both devices and a sauna. The bubbler does not come with the mouth attachment. That is a separate purchase. I use them all and love them.

I just received this and I am at a loss with all the things I can do with it. The instructions are quite minimally explained and I have no idea other than this video as to what to do with this. And this video does not show where the water supply is coming from.

You do alot of stuff i do. Wim Hof, ARX, car.o.l bike. I also do dryfasting,red and infrared therapy, relax sauna , PEMF therapy and i drink hydrogen water all day. Iam 74 and my intermittent goal is to be pain free at 100 and with all the research going on be able to live indefinitely. Also i go to a cryotherapy place five times a week for cold therapy in addition to a 6 minute cold shower 6 times a week.

I remember when i did the ARX workout for the first time.At the end of my first workout i said to myself that ive never been closer to death in my life.The facility i go to has both the Alpha and the Omni.Most places have either one or the other but not both.Working out one day each week on the ALPHA and one day a week on the ALPHA Each workout is about 12 minutes of actual work.Combining this with th Car.o.l bike 3 times a week and your all set.

Ive had the bike for a month and just love it. I do ARX which is a highly efficient HIT workout twice a week and 3 times a week on the bike.The ARX workout is 12 and a half minutes each and the Car.o.l bike is a minute 20 seconds total.That means my actual workout time is approximately 27 minutes a week. Tremendous efficiency and no longer can people say they don't have enough time to exercise.

I highly recommend a cellusizer rebounder. I attach those rubber tubing straps for strength training. I have my own personal solo sauna from Sunlighten I use almost daily. While in the sauna I do breath work while using a sea salt breather. Am Walking outdoors using a breathing technique called “the tens.” ( I used this technique to help me train for my Grand Canyon hike 8 years ago. I love your earthing suggestion and all your other holistic suggestions. The main thing is to keep your lymph moving ( a rocking chair even works for this! Good for the physically challenged.) and keep your lungs active and hydrated. Drink lots of pure water (no plastic water bottles) and hot herbal teas. Can’t wait to get back to Osteostrong. Ps, I am 72 years old and just joined before the shutdown.
