What are those scenes of teenage Homelander in the white room? It wasn't in the main series for sure, is it even boys? I'm not sure but it looks like it really could be
He can be killed now. Unless we are willing to accept minor inconsistencies in the writing on Homelander's durability. Hear me out. Maeve made Homelander bleed. TWICE. which is fine. I like Maeve. But now... It is reasonable to assume that Homelander is vulnerable internally (nose and ear drums). Keep in mind that Maeve did not use an insane amount of force that cannot be replicated with special weapons in the CIA and FBI's arsenal. So by this logic, he can be killed or at least fatally wounded with a precise shot inside the nostrils or Ear Canal, with a weapon that can replicate the force generated by Maeve, which again, isn't impossible. This feels a little inconsistent because season 1 stated that no weapon on earth could harm him.
well for one no where have they ever shown us that the government can replicate the power of maeve and i for one very much doubt they can and yea he said no weapon can harm him cause again they probabely cant make a weapon that powerful and even if they can it is also reasonable to assume they havent and then even if they have why would they tell the one person its supposed to be used against about it thus making what he said completely fine no matter what possible way you think about it
She used a regular metal to pierce his ear. How did a regular tool even harm him. It feels as you said the writing is not consistent. Also when when he deals punches there should be shock waves due to the impact but it feels like regular humans fighting here.
i think it depended on the speed and brute force of which the object travelled to his ears and additionally he has hyper regeneration so i don't think a regular shot would do the trick
To be fair, it has stated that Maeve has been training enough to be able to at least land a few good blows on homelander, which was what she also wanted, that and well, she’s pretty much an actual trained combatant, and because of that, it helped her hold off against homelander.
I disagree with the word "perfection" after season 3. Homelander became so well liked that the writers refuse to do anything to him which makes the show stale. I could totally predict that season 3 will be just another season 2 where a new secondary villains shows up and by the end of the season the secondary villain is defeated yet Homlander's status hasn't changed at all. It's like the entire season was completely unnecessary. Every season Homelander fills in the same kind of character. He is there in his position of power at Vought, making threats and butchering some people occasionally, clearly being a huge threat, yet in the end he is never the 'official villain' of the season.
I mean towards the end of season 3 it wasnt as much as they didnt dare kill him, the boys stopped him to save themselves. They provided them a choice. Butcher would rather that Ryan lives then homelander dying. They could have let soldier boy kill all of them including homelander in the tower but they didnt. But i do agree with You that they dont want to kill him off. He is carrying a big part of the show and its working for them
I dont think thats entirely true. Homelander now has Ryan completely backing him (for the most part) which will add a new dynamic. If you ask me 2 was the unecessary one considering Stormfront just dies and doesnt do anything

I think Diabolical kinda confirmed the fact that Stillwell groomed a much younger Homelander, which just adds a whole other dark tone to an already bad relationship.

Haven't seen season 3 yet but holy shit that mirror scene is damn amazing haha

What are those scenes of teenage Homelander in the white room?
It wasn't in the main series for sure, is it even boys? I'm not sure but it looks like it really could be

Homelander is basically if Dennis Reynolds was superman
Great video. Can you do some for Better Call Saul too?
Bro just get Omni man to feed him his heart
i think it depended on the speed and brute force of which the object travelled to his ears and additionally he has hyper regeneration so i don't think a regular shot would do the trick
To be fair, it has stated that Maeve has been training enough to be able to at least land a few good blows on homelander, which was what she also wanted, that and well, she’s pretty much an actual trained combatant, and because of that, it helped her hold off against homelander.
Homeland didn't get compound V- he was the first natural born supe. Remember his mom stormfront?
Cool video :)
Great video.
I like how you repeated “rather the events weakness he has a a character” twice at 2:45

Homelander is honestly my favorite villain in all of fiction.
i think homelander is hanging on to his last hope at being human
Superman + Captain American = Homelander.
+Jeffrey dahmer 💀
@@adamcupples8082 😂🤣
Not really
Top 3 villain of all time imho
Yo I only have one critique. LOUDER. PLEASE.
Don’t want people in my house knowing I make RUclips videos 🙈
No I ...disagree It's not his shadow that is homicidal...it's right if he could cut that out ...that part of him that wants to be loved ...he would literally "become what he is supposed to be"
Fuck vought...fuck a face a Image ...a name ...fuck you...
And he may just
Save someone...it's his ego ...if he loved himself a lil bit more true ...and maybe is seeing where this is going.,...if he will live forever ... it'll pass...they've made something they can't control And they made it ...trust them ...love them ...now ... they keep him distracted...
He's us .....
Be that ain't him no more ...ya feel me ...
You think it's a bad thing but the mirror is right ..
Evil is...the want of love
...it's in us .....time ...ain't fast ...we ain't ...the ...culture ...not if we ain't gonna get love clark Kent ...I's a mudperson impression ...I don't think he ever needed us or minded us ...in fact I'm cruel when I want it
...it's rare...he's just like us ...and that's not clear to him ...
The mirror is God
And homelander is every yougin ...and we die...so he ... lives ever closer ...does it not hurt ...that ... really...ain't no one ...human ...and gonna make it ..even to the end fuck y'all guidelines RUclips that we ain't gonna get to Mars ...that this is just ...a child ...that what scares you ...the right beerhall the wrong ppl ...you t hink these fucking troglodytes will ever ...look forward and see you eat the rich i ain't saying that I'm saying ...we die ...fuck redemption how does it feel ...you'll be okay ...Rome can't burn divided...

All that power, but terrible character….
Homelander is a insufferable parody of actual villians . He gets notoriety only for Garth Enni's childish edgy trash combined with the stupid ideal of attempting to add "realism" to the superhero genre.
And yet he’s awesome
great video, but framing andrew tate as insane and putting his clips out of context speaks volumes.
