Coming from a conventional oximeter I found it rather small. If you compare it to a normal ring then it’s definitely larger. The device itself is a bit off center on top of the ring, so I am wearing it so that more of it is above my hand rather than my fingers, if that makes sense. That felt a bit more comfortable for me. While flying I honestly forgot that it was there pretty quickly.
