I hope it is helping. On PSMF days I find I have to eat 3 meals in order to get all the macros in easily. On a carnivore/ketovore day I often only eat twice a day.
@@claudiamatthews7218 believe it or not , I am not a big eater and eating 5 times a day is already turning me off. I am the happiest with OMAD. Carnivore.
I love these videos. The last one really helped me with my PSMF day and I made the noodles and the chicken soup. I only like the chosen keto Mayo too. It’s the only clean one that taste good to me.
I recently read ( or heard ?) that protein is not easily used for energy....great for building muscle and other tissues, but poor as fuel. So if you are doing low carb, the fat is all you have to fuel your day. I agree....given I am really low/near zero on carbs, I feel pretty lousy if I don't get enough fat.
Made the gravy tonite with the chicken bone broth powder, hot water, seasonings and instead of xanthan gum I had to use LC Thick 'n Saucy .Worked very well.

This journey began by first weaning off my 15 year prescription to Nexium by drinking apple cider vinegar mixed with water a couple times a day, then trying ox bile and digestive enzymes for a few months then going carnivore in Nov 2020, then beef and lamb only in March of 2021 (there are some videos during that time of what I ate). I did that for a weeks and as long as I am mostly ketovore and eat no nightshades I seem to be ok! No more enzymes or apple cider drinks or Tums!
Do you wash those glass container plastic lids in dishwasher? My husband did that when mine were new and warped one so it is harder to close, so I said do not put in dishwasher! I think handwashing has saved mine as mine are probably 10 years old too. I do wash the glass container in dishwasher, but not lids. Not one has broken in all that time. I do love your videos, and watch each one.
I do wash them in the dishwasher, hmmm. The lids on mine are also glass but those little tabs are plastic. I think it's probably a good idea to hand wash the lids!
I just have found that plastic deteriorates faster in heat and harsh dishwasher soap. Have you contacted the manufacturer to see if new lids can be purchased ? Might be worth a try if you know who made them.
I enjoy this type of video! Do you have any ideas on how yo use peanut butter powder in the psmf bread? I like the powdered flavor but not as a straight up spread, the taste is not quite right. I keep thinking in a bread it might be better and the macros should be workable as psmf. Also, how can someone find your Amazon wishlist?

Fresh egg whites rather than carton works for some people. Other than that, I would use the batter to make pizza crusts, buns and cakes, it's not as important to get the egg whites as stiff and in fact you can just throw all the ingredients in the bowl all at once and mix from there. There's a couple videos where I did exactly that!

I do try to do carnivore recipes because I am mostly carnivore for one thing! I also do better with less dairy though I hate to admit that!

Sorry I don't really know what those are? Are they like those shiritaki noodles? If so I think those are pretty much no carbs, no fat, no dairy so I would say yes?
