- Graceland, the historic home of Elvis Presley, is set to be sold off at a foreclosure sale this Thursday according to a legal notice, but Presley's granddaughter is fighting the sale with a lawsuit, saying the claims are fraudulent.
Wow!!! There are scams at every level! How can you claim you provided a $3M loan and you can’t keep your business phoneline active? Wonderful to see her fight for her family’s business.
Let no weapon be formed against Graceland and let nothing come against the truth. Let every forgery signature be cast down and unraveled as false documents in court of law.

And you wonder how people pay for these exotic mansions in South florida, they say crime doesn't pay but somebody got paid 3.8 million dollars for several years and has been living the good life, they may have even bought a beautiful home in Dubai where they can't be extradited from. Looks like crime does pay. I'd like to see them get the money back and what the person who took it looks like wouldn't you?

My money is that "Grandma" is behind this. That company address is listed in Miami, Clearwater is a huge base for Scientology, and she is currently being sued by Bridgette Kruse, an auctioneer also out of Florida, who is shady herself. At the end of the day, you will find Pricilla at the bottom of it in one way or another.

The new owner of the house if it were ever sold I'm assuming would be bound by special covenants created for Graceland regarding the burials so they could lease the house back to the company operating EPE and things would pretty much continue as they were. Anything else like wanting to live there themselves I can't see that happening.
