Signalling for the single line section on the Main North.

I've upgraded the Signalling on the single line between Murrurundi and Werris Creek by installing Starting Semaphores "inside" the Loops, just like what the prototype did. This provides "better" bi-directional running on this 40 metre single line section of track. Hopefully Operators will be kept apart. Operation of the Semaphores is by Occupancy Detectors feeding a Tam Valley Octopus III Servo Driver - no computer program like JMRI used.
