However, recently, I've experienced an unexpected interruption in my practice, leading to a loss of the peace I once felt. I acknowledge the importance of returning to this practice, starting with regaining control of my breathing.Moving forward, I seek guidance on how to progress without encountering similar hindrances. I understand the significance of consistency and discipline in meditation, but I'm unsure of the steps to take beyond focusing on my breath. Your insights on techniques to deepen my practice and maintain its flow would be invaluable.I'm committed to rekindling the sense of peace and clarity I once experienced through meditation and am grateful for any guidance you can offer on this journey.

Namaste, please don’t be disheartened by distractions in your meditation. This is very normal and all meditators experience this. The key is to push through with regularity and consistency.
Try one of the guided meditations below. If you decide to do this for a set number of days (7, 11, 21 or 40 days) then it’ll help you build the right capability for future meditation. All the best 🕉️🌟👍
Greetings, something that has helped me immensely is to meditate first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up, that way nothing dislodged this from my schedule, on days I have an early start I wake up 30 minutes earlier or if I am absolutely short of time I shorten my practise, this helps me with consistency. 😊🙏🏼
