Idk if that's what you're talking about, but "Paracelsus" is an actual name. "Parakerusu" is just the Japanese pronunciation. It's actually not uncommon for different languages to have their own spelling and pronunciation of famous names.
Paracelsus is still an axe, he just is very key-shaped. He did this to attract A.B.A's attention back when he was left to rust. To my understanding he can change his body a bit, such as the goat head form here, and him becoming blue in Strive.

I like how she sounds choked up, like she's not used to talking. Glad she got more used to speaking with others in Strive.
