Those are some pretty hefty 'clutch' bags.
I like the chain trend and am glad it’s continuing. Chains don’t make the most comfortable shoulder straps, though, especially on heavy bags, or cheap ones. I just tried two cheap bags for the first time this spring, being broke, and the chain on one is so rough, it cuts my shoulder skin. It isn’t properly ground or polished at all. I really wanted a couple of structured bags to keep up with that trend, having only old slouchy ones, but couldn’t afford a high-quality one, maybe next year.

My all-time favorite bag that I’ve ever seen is the woven-leather BV Cassette. I’m hoping they’ll go out of style soon and I’ll be able to get a discounted used one. Sadly for me, I think this classic bag will hold its value, if not increase. A girl can dream…
