But this house is both a neutral and difficult house. Everybody needs sleep and meditation but not everybody get the full benefit put of it. Some of us can have bad things creeping into our visualizations or have nightmares. Hence meditations must be guided by a teacher when you are onto a new meditation practice and we also have a sleep doctor in western medicine. This house also governs nature which represents the vicidditufes if life.
