So pee pads might be good for you as regular pet owner but do note that this will not work for a service dog or not most. Service dogs are trained to go on comand in certain areas. They are trained not to go potty indoors at all. So unless they are able to go outside pet relief areas are unfortunately still one of few choices.
how do you go through the TSA baggage? they don't have you keep her in the carrier and scan her do they? I ask because we are getting ready to take our first flight in June.

Airlines have different prices but most are around $125-$150
This sounds like animal cruelty to me.
