The A4 cabriolet is a high quality convertible which oozes style, sophistication and quality. These are, in my opinion one of the smartest drop-tops on the market and this 2004 "Sport" model has come to us having had just 3 former keepers, and with a warranted low mileage of just 54k, backed up by a comprehensive service history. If you're in the market for a pre-facelift Audi A4 convertible - This is the one!
The A4 convertible is an extremely handsome car which provides wind-in-the-hair thrills, at the touch of a switch. Aluminium windscreen pillars have long been a signature feature on Audi convertibles, and along with the chrome strip which runs along the cars waistline, they add additional visual appeal to the metallic blue coachwork. Up front you have sporty front fog lights, whilst to the rear there are twin exhaust tailpipes, all being cues that this is the more desirable "Sport" specification. The coachwork of this car is superb with no notable scratches or damage - The car is a credit to its former keeper. Step inside the leather-clad interior and you're guaranteed to be impressed. The full leather on this car looks fantastic, and is extremely comfortable with multi-adjustable front sport seats which offer excellent support. The desirable specification of the interior includes dual zone, climate controlled air-conditioning and a full electric pack that includes all 4 windows and electric heated door mirrors. Audi's excellent chassis provides a comfortable ride whilst the sophisticated ESP stability control ensures it handles superbly. 0-60 mph takes just 9.1 seconds and the car will power on to an impressive 140 mph flat out. The A4 will seat 4 in comfort and even has a decent sized boot. The engine is smooth and refined, whilst the controls are light and easy to use. The A4 offers unrivalled comfort, particularly with the full leather interior of this "Sport" model.
After a relaxing drive in this car I have to say that I have the utmost confidence in this car. She cruises happily at motorway speeds, offers excellent performance and handling whilst also being comfortable and easy car to drive. With roof up or down she is guaranteed to turn heads wherever you go and you will always feel as though you are driving something a little bit special, even during the winter months.
