Had this model scenic for a few years, then a piccasso, and for the last 12yrs the mk 2 scenic which never let me down, regrettably have just had to get rid of it due to mounting faults, electrics mainly but after 18 yrs any car will develop some faults. Liked the piccasso but much preferred the scenics

I own this car but a India version Suzuki Ritz... Its been 15 years and still i am driving with confidence without any major issues like engine problems.... I am getting 14 to 20 kmpl.

I purchased mine this year July 2025 in RED, in pristine condition for £6900 and she moves like a rocket especially in Sports Mode, comfortable and very smooth drive, would never change, only for a 190E Cosworth in Red same condition, no chance!!!

Just FYI, because this video goes a bit overboard: the L322 TDV8 Vogue SE was £58 000 when new, while the L320 TDV6 HSE was £50690. And the Sport was available with the 3.6 TDV8 for the 2010 (facelifted) model year. A 2012 is pictured in the video.

On my third. A low milage, 65 plate XF 3.0D S portfolio black edition. Rear tail, red calipers and matching red leather. Cant explain. Just love them. This after a 21 plate ipace, which i gave up on, an XJ 18 plate and a 20 plate F-Type 340 r-dynamic.

Not sure that's a real Charleston, should have diamond pattern grey cloth seat covers and the speedometer and instrument mounting is 2cv special. Also should have chrome headlamps. Oh and the bumpers should be grey not black. Looks good though and sound great.

Opinions are contradictive about the reliability and whether it is under powered, what's your experience please?

The hard ride spoils these cars..

I have a cat N Mercedes E320 CDI with only 58k miles, had a small shunt on the rear bumper and they wrote it off, such a shame that I have to practically give it away soon as it wouldn't be economically viable to maintain a premium marque vehicle and the extra costs that entails along with the extra insurance hike. Not the end of the world for small cars like this as Cat N's as they're pennies to maintain and not a great loss over a similar clean titled car. Side note the Injectors ain't that bad on these, it's the little brass seal at the bottom of the injector that goes, not the end of the world to replace either as it's a 12p part plus labour or do it yourself if you're handy with the spanners. Not a massive or expensive job. The injectors themselves can be bought fairly reasonably and if you have a half decent diagnosis tool you can programme replacements in very easily. Great little engines that will go forever if properly maintained. Avoid the DPF ones after 2009/10 iirc as that's another needless headache especially as these types of cars are seldom bought for regular long distance high speed driving.

Yesss it's reliable BUT.. it's Also FUGLY and Borrrring to own /drive.

I have a similar car, just mine has the 184 bhp diesel motor, out of the gtd. It makes our regular 400 mile trip from Northumberland to devon a breeze, and on half a tank cant be bad. Lovely car
