Definitely a classic spider-man design but I'm not sure how I feel about the sweat pants look. The only thing missing from the review--indeed most reviews--is a comparison to previous mezco spiderman releases. That would have put it over the top as the perfect unboxing review. As it is, now I'm not sure to keep my first version or commit to this one. Even having it next to the Homecoming or Far From versions would've helped.
Thanks for the video!. Kinda glad I passed on this one, I had my doubts with the promo images. Something looks off to me with the leg length, maybe the belt is too high. The seam lines and stitching on this copy is horrendous. Why the suit so baggy? The web accessories just look like blobs of plastic, they need panel lining or a wash at the very least. Why does the web parachute have giant rectangle holes in it? They could have added a slot or hooks hidden underneath to attach the lines. Did the Glasses on the unmasked head fall off? Also wondering if the feet are magnetic, since all the promo shots showed no foot peg holes but it clearly has foot peg holes
I said same thing about baggy suit. Something def off with this figure. I already have home coming one cery similar ill wait for toby maguire suit and andrew garfield

I'm still waiting for mine to ship, but seeing it here has left me with mixed feelings. The head looks a little oversized and the back logo seems tiny. I'm hoping I feel differently about it once I have it in-hand.

this Spider-Man was very cartoonish, people forget that here he was a boy, a real boy, not the thirty year old who imitates a sixteen year old, the only real mistake in my opinion is the proportions of his body, he is tall like all the males in mezco, so it makes no sense,he should be a kid
-No web wings -Only two heads can be passed off for Steve Ditko’s artwork -Too much empty space in the back -Not enough mini accessories (Vulture disrupter, chemical flask, spider signal, web cartridges, web shooters) -That head size being Jimmy Neutron size It’s a tough sell. Really? What your saying is too much to ask for thats too much to complain. Figure is not perfect but it is considerably amazing. Accessories are definitely good .
@@taaliyahpaulinedeguzman3046 it’s very close to being perfect 1-1 accurate to Steve Ditko’s Spider-Man as he was in 1962. Make the improvements I listed above and it’s flawless in my eyes. Still good figure, but for $120 it hurts a little. Hopefully they’ll be reissue in 3-4 years that does go forward with these changes.
