If you look back to the older masc toggles like ww set, wg set, sp set ( bodice ) + more, you can see there is SO MUCH DIFFERENCE. I’m sorry royale high, but that is unfair for the people who like to dress more masculine.

As a “twink” i prefer the old masc body a little more… idm the new body type just i hope they add both of these body types
I make a lot of masculine ocs, and the male toggles for this new set looked really off and disproportionate. The only thing that could sort-of match the old masculine sets we have are the shoes, but other than that? I see nothing that matches those old toggles, which disappoints me a lot.
true! it’s basically unusable which is why i only plan on buying the heels and dog purse, if i buy anything at all. the cardigan not fitting the old masc body is such a waste of potential… and i hate how stick-like the hands are for both fem and masc versions😭
plus it’s way to expensive…players don’t want a set with 50+ toggles, they just want something that they can afford😭

Bull c*ap they care about the body types. Where is the scaling system already? Royale High better not make me regret not quitting. I like the fact they actually are adding more diverse hairstyles but we've been asking for better body type representation for a while now which is so disappointing. We also need the rest of the school phases, where are those?

There already was barely anything masculine back in the day, but now it’s just stereotyping the guys who play this game. As a guy who played the game (i quit bc i felt like I didn’t fit in and wasn’t wanted) i am VERY disappointed by everything they did.
Another male player here, I love this set and recent sets because of how it’s on the smaller side, I feel represented and can actually make outfits without using the same very few items to make an outfit, now i can actually make different types of outfits. I hope they add a scaling system soon

I do wish there were many different body types for masc and fem. I do hope the developers actually show body diversity instead of the "better said than done." Route.

honestly the devs should just added more body types into the game they could add plus size into the sets. They don't even add plus sizes people who have bigger bodies, at this point they are only added culture things to make themselves look good because they don't even correct the cb set and they are barely anything culture or black hair styles in the game.
Honestly I don’t think we’re getting normal masculine sets back I understand some role play items look strange when you’re using the masc body but none of us actually cared we were fine with the water bottle in the shoulder thing we just liked having the masc body type and we want it back
I told myself this same thing. If some accessories were acting up with the old masc toggle why not just do the same thing they did with the bodice's and heels where you have a masc body on and it changes in size to match up with the body type?
honestly i don't really think they're gonna change.. first of they have to twinkify everything and i just don't get why they couldn't keep the old masculine body type, nothing was wrong with it! also they still haven't reworked the cherry blossom set when it's been innacurate for years. also, why tf is the set so expensive? jeez! either 1. you make the set cheap or 2. make more ways to farm. we've been asking this for so long and all they do is make a pretty set just to distract us from all the things that are happening.
no shade, but its the starlight set, you look at the items and its kind of twinkish themed.... i dont really know, it just kind of gives off the vibe that rh wouldnt be able to make it sort of masculine and not twinkish, the cardigan is masculine tho and i like that toggle.
I love the masc toggles, I used to never be able to make an outift that would more represent me in rl, I’m super glad they have been adding smaller masc items

The masculine starlight set sucks ass... but... the masculine pants (depending on the toggle) when paired with a masculine corset from a different set... it's fire. 🔥🔥🔥
(I wear the steampunk corset and use the starlight set pants (the second closest to the bottom) masculine toggle.) It actually looks masculine when it's like that so it works.

the only thing that kinda works with the old masc toggles are the heels, acessories and half of the cardigan 😭😭😭 I was really hoping they would change the toggles back to the old masc body but oh well
I think they're getting the wrong memo and meant well when they did this. HOWEVER, most if not all players don't even notice the "annoyance" of switching to the boy body if it means making a traditional masculine character

These toggles are just plain weird, they don't even look good. Like, is it really that hard to resize clothing and accessories to fit a more masculine body?? It's giving lazy tbh
I mean as a non binary player I kinda like the newer toggles, but I do feel like there should be a way for it to be toggled back to the original ones for those more masculine

Well I agree but they were making the set b4 all the rh badge drama so they didn't release this to make up for the drama they just did it for a normal update kind of like how they released the ss set

Why "fix" something that isn't broken?? This makes me so upset. Male players have been waiting so long for a set they can actually wear and we're still being set to the sidelines.
As a male player I absolutely LOVE this set and the recent ones, I used to never be able to make outfits because of the limited smaller masc items but now they have been adding the smaller masc items I and others feel represented and can actually make outfits without using the same thing every time
@@KKH6 Thats great and Im happy for you, although theres a overwhelming large majority of the Royale High male player base that is disappointed by the sudden shift in body sizing that makes many players unable to create masc outfits that they like. There should be an option to have the small sizing, and the old sizing because right now its just unfair for male players who prefer the old body.

I haven't seen people talking about this but the Starlight set looks like a Flowering set, not an Everfriend set.
Is it just me or did they just replace the Everfriend set with the Flowering set hoping no one would notice that we're lacking one set?
Is this the supposed Everfriend set that they confirmed was coming? If that's the case, there should be a Flowering set coming up, correct?

in my opinion no one asked for this scaling system. i love playing as a guy (gender fluid) and so its so nice to be a dude and girl and swap back and froth in a game. to me this is awful. maybe they shouldve added the scalling system once it was done, and keep male bodies the same while they worked on it. it annoys me so bad bc this stuff would look SOGOOD on some of my male chars. i have. second thing i hate is how expensive they are!!!

Okay this opinion may be controversial, but its ironic how people say that some women are flat chested like the male toggles, which is totally ok, but they are complaining about the masc toggles being too feminine, cause like to be a man u don't need abs like the old design, idk thats my opinion
True, but they're mainly complaining cause they aren't happy about the old masculine body no longer being compatible with the newer sets like snow swan and starlight. We seriously need the scaling system and more body types like plus size (I'm literally that body type. I mean, more thicker anyway. I really want that representation) so we can have more happy people. Some people preferred the old masculine body type and they, including myself, are gravely upset

Now they have been making smaller masc sets I can actually make outfits without using the same items and still be represented, I get that people are mad but some people are literally body shaming many men that are on the smaller side! Yes they are but because of the no communication from the devs said they never take the community’s input into account so it end up in outrage if they actually involved us there would be a lot less conflict
I understand where people are coming from with the masc version of the set but please, y’all seriously need to think about how your making others feel when you make comments. There are people who have that body type (along with transgender people) and a few people have come out and said that it’s hurting them. Yes, RH should make a version that has more muscle to it. However I think the main issue are the arms, the rest of the set isn’t that bad or as bad as people are making it (yes, there are things they can fix to make it look a bit better for everyone) The arms look small and not proportioned properly.
I was just thinking that. Tbh they could keep this body type, different ones aswell. Because for some men actually have this body type, but also no one has spoken up so I guess no one has taken that to consideration since no one has said that they like it…
@@yourfavG_777 yea. I’ve read a couple tweets of people who are starting to speak up about this and how it’s genuinely hurting them. If RH made two version of the male, one with the new body model and another that has more muscle to it and for the females keep the current one and maybe have a chubbier version. This way it will be more inclusive

Some people prefer more masculine type sets, starlight and snow swan have featured items that either don’t have masculine body toggles or none at all. There are ones in the category “masculine” but it’s more femme-masc than the masculine version people wanted.
Because they made the masculine version of the set look un-masculine/effeminate. ((And just weirdly proportioned in general I suppose?)) But it's a great set in general other than that imo.
