I am not an emergency supernerd, but played some of the old parts and i was hyped to hear, that a new part is coming. But during this video (i skipped quite some part) i am bit ... well... disappointed. A few immersive things about the atmosphere: - as someone asked before, only predefined parking slots? why not individual parking, like rotate holographic model. will look way more realistic on site. - clipping clipping clipping... why everything can clip through each other. avoiding to programm proper AI for driving? :S still - why vehicles switch off their emergency lights when parked???? takes away all atmosphere, they are still in the emergency case active. - blue aura around some vehicles.... why... :\ I think and hope it has great potential, and as said, i didnt watch the entire stream, but those things are super noticable.
Its a shame that the Emergency series has progressively gone down hill after Emergency 4. Playing the old games with mods is still better than anything they've released which is sad.

I have loved every emergency since and after playing the beta for this version the most annoying part is the predetermined spots for the vehicles. It ruins the entire concept of being in control of the scene. I also hate how limited you are on sending vehicles to the scene which is not realistic. They took so many parts of what was great about the previous games and it's so predetermined and step by step it's kind of boring and not fun. Hopefully they take feedback and create some settings to at least turn these options on and off so players can choose their own way to play otherwise Ill just end up refunding it on steam if they release the game as it was during the beta.
I was a fire fighter and this is way more intense than real life. I do hope you will have a beginners level.. At times it was hard to follow. Look forward to playing the game.

I see there are predefined positions for vehicles, can be moved again or in different position than the availiable ones ? Even tho its practical, but its a bit annoying .... Overall seems descent work, but nothing compared to nostalgia of Emergency 3 + 4, so the Emergency 3 sounds good add Also roadblocks would be really fun in game mechanics too !
Being a CS graduate, I often had the question / idea in mind: "how would an emergency for PC with online mode" and just as often remained only at the idea stage and I was dealing with something else, but seeing this "Advanced Multiplayer Gameplay " not only that I like it, but it even motivated me to learn a lot more about Game Development because in the distant future I can even help the community as much as I can. You are doing an excellent job, THANK YOU!
All the markers, signs and parkingslots when moving a vehicle (why them even?) are waaay too overwelming, please go back to the Emergency4 roots with those aspects.
It's fine if you like the game or you don't do, but don't comapre it to its predecessors. It's just another spin-off game and Sixteen Tons doesn't want for spin-off games to allow modding. Take a look at Emergency 2012/2013/2014. These were only made to participate in this whole End of the World trend. This game is just another spin-off title. I don't see how it could possibly be modded anyway due to its core mechanics.

I agree not being able to place the vehicles wherever we want around a scene and some of the vehicles not having ANY personnel in them is unrealistic, horrible design. No where in the world do firefighters send out a ladder or water truck that has zero personnel. All rescue vehicles transport a crew of heroes that operate the vehicle and do whatever else needs to be done at the scene. Ambulances have a minimum of 2 Paramedics on them at all times. There's never only one person in an ambulance that does everything. People would die and buildings would be piles of ash and ruble if rescue teams worked how this game forces the player to play it.
Why is there not a super hero game like that. That combines this gameplay with fights against villains and stuff. Best IP for that would be My Hero Accademia.

too many incident happening at once, chaos percentage goes up wayy too fast, it's annoying, having only 5 slots is really bad, just have the additional unit cards permanent, so we don't have to have less fun playing the game, I believe not many people want additional units cars be a one time use.

It won't run on any android device, i have slight framerate drops on i5 11 gen and GTX 1070
