The item with the rope like ring, and the threaded bolt on it, is a drawer pull.Turn the bolt around, and it goes through a small hole drilled in a drawer face, and a nut goes on the other end.
Now that eye is so detailed, it’s beautiful, but then a chunk of gold, Wow you really out did yourself Alex. Would love to know your word you use to express excitement, chafed? Best day ever, Congrats Ladies. I love stoneware, my Grandfather gave me one bigger than this he brought from England within weeks of his passing, I treasure it
You ladies are so lovely. Your skills and talents are not only awesome, they are beautiful. Together you entertain us and bless us. Although we have met, I can't help but love the 2 of you. May you be blessed in the coming holiday season.❤🎉your American friend, Susan Mayfield.
YOUR POT LOOKS LIKE IT SAYS (" MORNING AND EVENING EXERCISIN") IT'S AMAZING WHAT THE THINGS LOOK LIKE WHEN WASHED. LOVELY POTTERY ETC. THANKS FOR SHARING AND PLEASE STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY ❤️ 🙏
that s a teacher slate pencil. when chalk was used, teachers would have a chalk holder just like that!!!! regarding the snuffer your mom is right, it is possibly a snuffer, it would not be so ornate if it was hidden. victorians where practical. {i could be wrong, but i think gail is right!} amazing finds.
In oregon about 30 yr ago I would hike to a dump that closed in 1940. I found a leather pouch with a draw string full of dental gold teeth , gold wires off dentures . It was when gold was like $1400 an ounce. It was $400 worth.
What a fabulously interesting lark this was. Such a variety of different objects and so many whole bottle's too. To find whole things with no chips is truly an amazing thing. This was a very interesing and entertaining post. Thank you. 😊x
Are the eyes for dolls or people? What great finds yall made. Love the eye, cut stone jewel, doll head with hat, gold dentures, and all the bottles, pots, and pipes.
Hello Gail and Alex, this lark was absolutely amazing 😮 you both found some awesome treasures. Love the gray eye 👁️ and the gold denture plate. The stoneware is gorgeous along with the tiny bottles. My oh my what a beautiful day you had. I also wanted to say how much I appreciate your other channel. You are both a wonderful mother and daughter team keep up the great work your doing. Have a fantastic week ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜
Aye aye eye! Ohhhh..there's a caterpillar.. Gold n a tooth..I could tell you were wanting to try the plate..lol So much fun to watch..I thought the little decorative bottle would make a beautiful Christmas decoration 😊❤.. love you guys.. from Australia 🦘
Some fabulous finds, the pretty little perfume bottle would look amazing with a nice silver cap and maybe either used again as a perfume or posh Christmas decoration x
Hello from Arizona! Ive enjoyed your videos very much the last 2 or 3 years and always enjoy yhe music you use. Todays music at the very end, the beautiful piano, had me nearly weeping. Can you please share the title so i may enjoy more of it? Always think of my sweet mom when i see you together treasure hunting. Our relatiinship was very similar, very close as friebds as well as family and we shared a home off and on through my adulthood as i didnt marry until 51. I was her caregiver her last year and even though it was sad we were able to share some last wonderful and joyful times together. Enjoy each other and give each other a hug for me and my sweet mom.. ❤
We were taught to write cursive at school I find it very hard to print, I eventually break into cursive 😊it’s like a chronic condition. My favourite has always been the ceramic jars and pots. I can’t resist them. I could leave everything else behind but I couldn’t leave any ceramic pots or jars.
We would all love to come and see your stall at the Fair. Everything would sell out in minutes! Lovely variety of finds from the dump , especially the EYE 😍
I absolutely love that little pouring bottle I believe it was Green and then that faceted Stone wow I forgot what you said it was but I did see lines like agate whatever its name is it's a thing of beauty.....✨
What a relief getting back to your channel in these times. The history , music and nature shots.... Love your voices and interactions in your adventures . It is not unusual for me to get a bit teary-eyed watching your discoveries. You two make my day!
Great finds, the old bottles are worth $$$, and there is so much you can do with them. It's amazing how many collectors there are. The embossed ones are worth more, but the plain ones you can use to create master pieces. I saw one someone melted different coloured waxes all over it. It was stunning.
Hello Gail, and Alex. I really enjoy watching your Lost Diaries series, and Alex's singing is very relaxing and calming. Morning and Evening, exercise.. My mom told me many years ago that teeth were held in place by gold. I thought someone would really have to be rich to afford dentures. I really love your little lady's head and hat.
At 3.48 min: ... aah, I like it! It's a... thing!" 😁😁😁👍👌👏 Simply fantastic! Thank you for making me happy respectively grin from ear to ear. Thanks also for telling us what this thing is. The pictures makes me wonder: Maybe you could/should have such a nice little roof over the door to your garden (of the room that you are renovating and modifying)?
Congrats on the eyeball, what a find! Also thank you for labeling the different flowers and critters you find. I love knowing their names, it is also interesting to me.❤
That gold denture is a lovely example made by a skilled denturist considering its age. I wonder if that eyeball was for a human or a doll. Love the Cross and Blackwell pickle pot.
Great finds, maybe you could make wind chimes out of all you pipe bowls. Thread fishing line through the broken stem end so the bowl is hanging downwards like an upside down tulip. You could even have beads coming out hanging like a stamen. Also it's quite hard to see you cleaned finds in the shadow of the moving bushes.
Looks to me that it says Morning and Evening Exercises
my grandmother wrote just like that and i agree with you
I concur. Morning and evening exercises’

Love watching your excitement!!!
19:35 something with an awfully blue color to it..... lovely
We always had to have a pfennig in our pocket. At the gasthaus if you didn't have a pfennig on you you had to buy a round of beers.
The small screw in the circle (39:02) could be turned upside down and made into another Christmas ornament - a candle in a wreath!
That gold denture is a lovely example made by a skilled denturist considering its age. I wonder if that eyeball was for a human or a doll. Love the Cross and Blackwell pickle pot.
Great finds! Congratulations Gail on your first eyeball!🎉 would love to see more of your crafts please that I’ve seen on Etsy.😊
Thank you so much for naming your wild flowers.. i always wondered
We made a more detailed video about the wildflowers in a video we made in the Summer ☺️
The twisted ring and screw are a pull or a possible tie down I have a couple of old family chests with them on.
Amazing finds🎉
To excited about the eye you found unhappy for you Gail mark that off the bucket list

I love that you have found such treasures confrontation Ms Gail on your first glass eye 👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🗝️😊
