Hii, you can use mascarpone cheese instead. It's very easy to make at home.. Boil 500ml of cream and add 2 tsp of vinegar to it. Once cool, place on a muslin cloth and chill in the fridge for 24 hours.
Which brand of whipping cream did you use? And how does it set without agar agar or gelatin? Is it because of freezing?
