It's okay! Sundays are the better streamdays for you! I dooo have a decent sleep schedule and get my rest in through the days 😊 super important if one wants to continue in this pace 😅 I think my health is wavering more so because of too much snacking - that and too much weight is creating it's symptoms. But damn I'm quite in the addicted zone 🙃 It's a challenge.
@@dodgemastersama Yeahhh that's true... I feel like a student who misses class whenever I miss your streams! :( But I'm glad you're getting your sleep! Me? Nope! 5 hours is still my maximum smh but I'm working on it. Snacking can be a tough challenge indeed but you can do it! One thing you can try is drinking more water and/or replacing unhealthy snacks (processed snacks with refined sugars, artificial flavors, etc.) with healthier snacks like blueberries, cashews, etc.
@@GeninMyles haha oh no 😆 glad you feel like you can learn stuff to! but yeah if life looked a little different one could have the opportunity to stream other times through the day, making it more accessible for more ppl! 😤 Ayyahh - keep working on that plz. at least if you feel consequences from lack of sleep - we're all different but lack of sleep can really hurt your body/brain in the long run. My snacking is a lot of psychological stuff, and also the body so adapted to it, a bit of hormonal imbalance, and then the vicious cirkle is complete 😆 I've tried your suggestion and still do 🙏 - and I'm working hard on a better mindset at the moment. it seems to slowly work a bit. The mind is my key in all of this :)
@@dodgemastersama I love this comment! :D The mind is truly the key! I'll try my best to work on the sleep thing. My memory and energy have been bad lately, so this is a wake-up call. I'll aim to get AT LEAST 6 hours per night. As far as the snacking thing goes, you got this! Baby steps. I totally understand the psychological thing. I was super stressed at one point and snacks calmed my nerves a lot
