Just accept the fact that he is a record guy. He is talented as an actor, as a composer but unfortunately he cannot sing live. Funs can live with it cause the live energy is crazy.
I can only imagine the energy on stage for Closer To The Edge.
Now he's proven he can still songs like A Beautiful Lie, he needs to bring them back!

I see a shift in Jared's stage presence and I'm loving it. The swaying and hand shaking thing was... Well I just really like this return to his energetic engagement and use of the entire stage again. Especially during The Kill ❤❤❤

Change, experiment and evolution are a part of all life. I love that this band is progressive and can be that alternative rock from the 90's to the progressive sounds of today. Without becoming iconic, they have stayed on top between albums and tours. The hard work and mentality behind each album has been inspiring and has resonated with throughout music history. I first saw Jared as an actor in the early 90's or late 80's opposite Christian slater in a feature film "Basil". Later he made appearance opposite Nick Cage , Collin Ferrell, Brad Pit and Ed Norton in fight club. Recently, another feature Morbius and was the 'Joker"" in Zakk Wyldes Justice League. He is a brilliant director, musician and actor among many talents. Specific songs in no order: 7:1, Avalanche, Hurricane, Beautiful Lie , Kings and Queens, City of Angels...I look forward to world tour ahead.❤

It's incredibly sad for me that Jared has either aged or doesn't want to sing his songs anymore. It will be an extremely unpopular opinion, but it seems to me that the new album and new songs are coming out only because the fans want it, and Jared himself has already burned out. After watching this video and remembering the concert I attended many years ago, now Jared doesn't even try to sing difficult parts, he just gives them to the crowd to sing, stretching the microphone into it. This has never happened before. I will hope that Jared is just tired, because it all looks extremely bad with the vocal component and I, as one of the oldest fans who has experienced so much with the band, of course from the outside, am very upset with everything that is happening now.
There are two songs here that he sang cool, but I think you all understand what I mean. I still love Jared and the band.
His vocal cords are fried. I hope his new album isn’t all auto tune because I’m not really enjoying the released songs

not only you are tired, but there would be more to say, none of that positive. Even more sad to me is that Shannon, on the other side, seems untouched. I loved them so crazily all because of him, that funny man that happens to be a megastar older brother, but if you understand drums, coincidentally is one of the greatest drummer you have actually ever heard. This band derailed years ago, way before Tomo left, but when that happened they should have called it a day,. And Shannon should have pursued a real career, but I don't think he's capable of that (as a person, as a musician I'll defend him to my death: how sophisticated and unpredictable, he's amazing, and, in a word, wasted in this.... kind of show).
I loved TSTM because of Shannon, but Jared WAS a great singer and good entertainer. But he's tired of it, and it shows. This makes me... sad. There has been a moment, after This is War, when TSYM concerts were packed with true music fans, not girls screaming Jared's name. But that was not it, for him.
I was just watching this thinking how pissed I would be if I paid money to see them I live and it sounded like this. He’s basically singing karaoke style for most of it.

for all you people saying jared doesn't sing all his parts or the entire songs, you guys have to remember first off he is an actor and has been doing music for many years now.
not to many actors who also are musicians are as succesful as this guy, with his brother they created an incredible commerical rock band. which is not more of the muse thing more of a pop feel.
in fact muse coldplay soem incredible bands in their early years are not what they used to be either.
anyhow i think its great that this band is still going and hopefully they will release another album soon.

Ive always wanted to see them live but I definitely see what others have said about him not singing enough throughout the songs. Like Ive been to a few concerts for kpop bands so the amount he was singing live in comparison is practically the whole songs 😂 but I do like it when the artist sings most of the songs. With that said, i also dont have any problem with engagiu the crowd and getting them to sign the parts. If i were a singer perfoming live, I would love to see my fans singing all the lyrics to my songs.
Its crazy to read the comments 😂 you are asking a singer a human being a person to do things you can't even do yourself. A football player wont play the same way forever, a dancer wont dance the same as time passes, the body thevoice also suffer changes....he has a nice attitude and probably sings the best he can. Its not 2005 anymore. Its unfair and incoherent to demand of him the EXACT same skills as before.
