    I boil mine once ,pour out the water ,re fill, then add Kumara water cress-Bootyful! Also try boiling once then put into the oven on 150 for 30 mins .

    omg my mouth is watering ..I havent had mutton birds for years and believe it or not I am part of the ngai tahu tribe from my mothers side of the family ^_^

    Save the water waste the flavor just add sausages
