It's hard to say how much I hate dancing diddy kong, but ever since Ryu acknowledged it, and refused to change it, it's almost become a less annoying troll.

Hey big bro ryu I think there should be a redemption rule where if you can maintain 100 lives beating the level meaning if you die 1 time and on second try you can get that one up that brings life count back to 100 upon completion of level I don't think you should let the messed up starting of weird or troll levels
So if you die 3 times but can obtain three 1 ups to bring total count to 100 I think its a good rule to incorporate

Everyone complaining about Diddy Kong needs to watch a BigMacDavis stream, because you have not known hell until you've seen Doom interrupted by a purple My Little Pony character shrieking "YOU ARE SO AWESOME!" every time a donation comes in. Diddy's a minor irritation compared to that horror.

He keeps giving Canada crap when Japan makes levels just as bad or repetitive and annoying. If that Canadian level was Japanese, it would be almost the same with 4x the enemy spam, a million kaizo blocks, and J-Bizzle levels of effect spam.

Okay, so I totally understand the concept that if you can skip the sub-world, you're cutting out a large area that has the potential to kill the player. However, if going to the sub-world is intended by the level creator, there is a guaranteed path from start to end. If you try and cheese the sub-world, there's only a chance that there is still a path to the end of the level. Essentially, you're giving up a sure thing for a chance to skip potentially difficult content, and that doesn't sound like a logical course of action to me. I would much rather be on a path that ensures my victory if only I do what the creator intends than to take a chance doing things the creator didn't intend to have the option to skip obstacles I'll never know were easy or hard.
You're right... Unless there's a checkpoint... Then you KNOW there's a way... Of course, there's a way like you said too... There has to be, but the fact that a checkpoint exists makes it a surefire cheese strat. Not saying one was there, just a general observation.
