Several Creators who sell their PDF's have a pretty standardized 1.5mm hole. So a lot of us hobbyists have a 1.5 mm hole punch. A set of Owden Hole punches isn't super expensive. But most of us also see having the holes there as a bonus and not an actual part of a complete template. Just letting you know for next time. (Some people don't even follow the supplied hole pattern and do their own thing) Nice work BTW...
nice work. Ive been experimenting with using firm temper veg tanned leather for the rims. By doing so the veg tan will hold shape without needing the wire.
Fantastic hat man. I make hats myself. Using 4-6 ounce veggie tan. Good job man. Hats are a pain to make but fun. Alot of us use tandy or weaver dimond tip pricking irons

I make veggie tan leather hats 4-6 ounce works best. Sow. Then shape. Then dye. Use neatsfoot oil. And a sealer/waterproof of your choice
