Chris thank you for motivating me at 40 years old and being a former MMA fighter and studying various form of martial arts over many years. I just went on a 9 day water fast, followed by the OMAD diet which I will be following indefinitely to cut weight and stay healthier eating only healthy and nutritious foods. I work offshore 14 days and I am only home for 7 days so doing any backflips, handstands and a few other safety concerning exercises won't be possible until I'm home, but I love using my own body weight to train and am a firm believer in it. Your videos are inspiring and motivating and I appreciate it for sharing your experience, tips, life and exercises with us all.
