It's just impossible to do stealth in that game. Well not totally, I've been experimenting with, no body armor, and only small guns that don't stand out. But it's difficult to make it all work even once. It's just about the timing, you have to put down the camera jammers correctly, or saw lock pick the door without a random pedestrian seeing you from outside, also to bag the security guys bodies. And when to drill the doors because obv because it's loud and probably the first thing that gets you caught. Which is why it leads me to just going in loud all the time.
