    Whether the expression to calculate the effective permittivity, permeability, refractive index and wave impedance will be different for TE and TM waves excited for Metamaterial SRR?

      Depend on the direction of wave propagation (k)

    why you added the negative sign in the angle part?

      According to HFSS help. The result of angle plot is opposite of the actual formula
