    Whats with all the pull ups? Dump the trailer, pull ahead, put some bend in it and jackknife it dump the 2nd load. Not too hard

    I always wondered how they dumped the load from the truck when it was towing a trailer. I get it now.

      Most states have a restriction on how much weight can be put in a concentrated area. It varies from state to state, but almost all of them require a minimum distance between axles in order to carry the weight

    • @pqhkr2002
      @pqhkr2002 6 лет назад

      I think so. Similar reason with super dump's trailing axle.

  • @danielroe845
    @danielroe845 7 лет назад +1

    Why so much draw bar? Seems a little unnecessary.

    • @ih6601
      @ih6601 3 года назад

      I know this is an old comment, but if the draw bar is too short, the weight of the pup trailer will put more strain on the back of the tractor and the hook. When it’s stretched out, the weight of the pup trailer is resting on its own axles, and not the rear of the truck. 💯

    • @MrJokkoma
      @MrJokkoma Месяц назад

      But the real reason is weight regulations and limits, it's about how many axels you have and distance from the truck to the pup. To have certain weight road legal the pup has adjustable drawbar that can be stretched or pushed in 2 position.
