    Looks great! Where did you guys place your entertainment center equipment such as the receiver? I didn’t see it by the TV

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  Год назад

      We actually don't have a receiver. The smart TV has everything we need internally. We use home home WIFI for streaming. We placed all of the Wi-Fi gadgets in our garage in the 2x6 wall that we built between the garage and the living room.

    Beautiful design and layout! Question: what did you use for your kitchen (and bath) exhaust fans? Did you exhaust them to the exterior of the house or are they recirculating?Use ERV/HRV? Do you have make up air ventilation? Thanks!

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  Год назад +1

      We have an exhaust fan in our primary bathroom that vents straight to the outside. We have ERV switches in the kitchen for when we run the exhaust fan so that we're sure to have them both on at the same time. Likewise, in our bathrooms we have the ERV switch so we can turn the ERV on to vent the bathrooms when we are using the shower.

    Merci pour votre partage, on a acheté le même style de cuisine chez IKEA, nous avions besoin d’idées pour l’évier et la robinetterie, nous aimons la touche noire que vous avez ajouté, robinet, évier, poignets. Merci encore

    Thanks for showing us your house build, I blame you for making me want to do something similar. I have been wondering if you found a way to seal for your rooftop deck?

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  Год назад +1

      We did! We used a silicone, waterproof product that a roofer recommended. It has worked perfectly so far. It is a roll on product.

      574 KWH. We are super happy with the all electric home and the mini splits.

    Looks good but still sounds like an echo chamber and looks cold/sterile even with furniture and rugs in place. wondering how it feels to you? Are the horrible acoustics a result of the concrete forms?

    • @LakeLotBuild
      @LakeLotBuild  Год назад

      It doesn't feel loud or echoy, now that we have all of our materials in the house. I wonder if it's more of our microphone issue that makes it sound like there's more of an echo in the house.
