I’m telling you Tatro you need to partner with Allan Millyard and the two of you build us a New Motorcycle Company. Using a “Bundle Of Snakes” type intake like on the FORD GT40 style should get your carbs there.
Amazing , if I had those parts I could stair at them all day and imagineer things. Can you make a case spacer and make a longer crank pin ? Then work on rod spacing ? I'm sure you have already gave it some though . Your very innovative , much respect .
@@TatroMachine....the shop that built my stroker 103 used comp cams pushrods. He also uses them in his 5" bore drag bikes. GMS racing engines is the shop.
Aye this is what Im talkin About I wanna see all of these top secret shinagans I wanna build a shovester cut the ironhead transmission off and out a 6 speed behind it but I want closed primary too noisy open
Not being mean here. Is this a pipe dream or is this going to be a real deal running saltflat motor?? your new dragbike motor... Don't get me wrong , Curious in way up nor-cal the new commie state.
ran out of money for now. every time i buy something its another $1000. no one is supporting me on this project or any of the other ones for that matter. some viewers buy parts from me which helps fund my channel but it is limited. tatro
I personally would never build an airplane engine from a set of H-D clone cases. A set of older BMW or Moto Guzzii cases and crank would be a better candidate, however if you are going to put it in a bike for an oddity your good to go, but for an airplane that motor is just going to be too heavy, too awkward and vibrate too much, not to mention all the critical areas that have been weakened. Airplane engines run at full throttle in order to get off the ground, that motor would definitely come apart in a big way.
Absolutely bloody amazing, well done Mr Tatro. Tommo from the UK

Can't wait to hear it....gonna sound amazing
JITTER DONE!!!!! FROM CLYDE,TX
I'm liking this I'm learning a lot from this in motor theory
Just keep going looks all good to me
How will the crank pin and roller brgs be enlarged to accommodate the extra loads?
how much bigger do you want. twincams are already way bigger than evo parts.

Nice work Tatro

@@TatroMachine I know using parts on hand to modify or just for mock up is great but I can almost see you making a sand casted case half.

@@TatroMachine ✊🏻👌👍
Tatro that's gonna be a beast of a motor man...can't wait to see what you do with it. What pushrod company will have what you need for that thing?

Are the cylinders and heads one piece? Or do the heads come off the cylinders?
they are screwed onto the cylinders. they are a one time use deal.

200 ❤like from Russia🇷🇺
Are you building two different ones? Using sporster cases and big twin ?
yes. the small 140" one and the 200"+ one. how about a 230" version.

Moto guzzi… the superior air cooled pushrod vtwin design, yup.
He's not putting it in an Airplane.
HogAir uses an Evo B engine for aircraft.
its going into a harley and it is going to put out way more power than an airplane motor ever thought about making. it will see 6500rpm+ too.
