    Thank you for taking so much time to make this amazing video. I am so glad that you did everything slowly and not rushed. The detail of all your drawings and notes are wonderful and really help me to understand where to focus YI and QI and how to smoothly perform the exercises.

      Thank you for your support, I am a Taiji enthusiast. Master Wong said that in order to practice Taijiquan well, we must first understand its principles and methods, so my Taijiquan sharing is a very basic Taijiquan theory. I wish to share my thoughts with everyone. Not necessarily right, everyone analyzes and references by themselves and please correct me if there is any mistake, thank you

    What means xu and shi. What means xu ling ding jin? Thanks!

    • @AnthonyYap2828
      @AnthonyYap2828  Год назад +1

      Dear Asier GR,
      Thank you for your support! Xu Shi mean : example you stand 100% on your left foot, then your whole body weight is all on the left foot. That means your left foot is Shi (1) and your right foot is Xu (0)(mathematics binary 1 is Shi and 0 is Xu).
      2nd question Xu ling ding Jin(虚灵顶劲) means you lead your Baihui(百会) up with a single hair, it needs it need to lead it very softly ( Just use Yi). If you have Xu ling ding Jin then your eyes view is horizontally at sea level then your Shen (神spirit) can initiation(贯顶) from the body from spine through the cervical spine to the brain. You can fill shen initiation in your head because your head and spine is vertically and the body is not crooked, These Chinese word tell us what postures we should maintain in our body and inside our body when we do Taiji practice, so that our Qi(气) in our body will be smoothly move. I hope you can understand my answer.

      @@peacecombe3773 5 methods in 7 minutes is too short, or seniors 70+ can just do method number 1 and stop? Our classmate 92 years old can finish all 5 methods + the front 30 minutes joints exercise. Try doing method 1 then stop and add in method 2 after 3 months training on method 1.

    Master how can I identify the ground force when I practicing taichi solo please do the video on this concept

    • @AnthonyYap2828
      @AnthonyYap2828  3 года назад +3

      Maybe you can refer to this video, ruclips.net/video/vupAKZQ2oTo/видео.html. If you YI, joints and muscle not song you can't use ground force.
      Example: When the basketball falls from your hands to the ground, there can’t be something block the basketball during the fall, and it must land smoothly. Then the ball will squash slightly when it hits the ground and then return to its original shape and rebound. (Just like the action of an eagle when it is about to take off, the eagle must squat slightly and take a step with the force of the ground to take off.) This is the principle. The looseness of Yi, joints, and muscles is cultivated by long-term practice. If you don’t use you’re YI (mind) when practicing Tai Chi, then everything is nothing. This is just my personal experience, not necessarily correct, just for your reference.

    I'm not kidding or bullshitting, but for the first time ever in my life on this site; I went to like this, and the like number count was exactly 666...now I left clicked it. Don't know if I'm blessed or cursed now.

    • @AnthonyYap2828
      @AnthonyYap2828  4 месяца назад

      sorry! I don't understand you mean.

    • @gerrekurquidez3044
      @gerrekurquidez3044 4 месяца назад

      @AnthonyYap2828 Just a really corny dark joke. 666 is a formerly taboo number that's supposed to be associated with orthodox/unorthodox Semitic religions &(recently) orthodox Satanism. Use to see it everywhere growing up(usually played as a joke or an icon for advertisements in western media/social norms). Changing its value is supposed to curse you directly or bless you, depending on the variation of the supernaturalness of it. I was looking for the like button to hit, and the number caught my attention. Sorry for the misunderstanding, Jehova bless & Amitabha!

      If our thoughts are good, good luck will come. If our thoughts are bad, we will be unlucky. This depends on what you want? We Chinese have a saying: Appearance comes from the heart.
