I have a degree in Kinesiology and have worked out for 20+ years and even I am having a difficult time putting it all together in a way that makes any sense.

His guys explained it simple which pisses Louis Simmons off. Mark bell answered so simple it was funny. Max wenning I believed got kicked off because he didn’t explained the system the way he wanted ,
@Becoming Godsize you can't even get the basics of the system correct, it's 9x3- on the UPPER day, not 8x3. The 6x6..etc method is relatively new and has nothing to do with 'reducing the weight til you think you'll fail' tf? 😂 Think you shoulda got a degree bro..
I think what he's trying to get across is that you dont plan out all your exercises and instead decide weekly to do what you feel will help your weak points, but you have to carefully plan what weight you use on the dynamic days based on how heavy you go on the dynamic days to be optimal. I could be wrong, but thats my take.
You have a plan: max effort excercise but you don’t choose what it’s going to be before go in and pick on the day. So you have a template but not a set in stone programme where you say your gonna do heavy rack pulls but you go in to the gym and your lower back feels shit but you still rack pull and injure your self. When you should of done boxnsquats instead
Wish he was better at teaching the system. He’s a great coach, poor teacher. Someone asked what %1RM is used for speed work and he just said how many sets they do of speed work vs heavy work then just kept rambling.
I'm a little confused. So for dynamic day (for non-equipped raw lifters) weights should be between 70-85% with resistance accommodation? The 50-65% were used for his geared power lifters?
Ben Harms I think he flipped his numbers. He talks 1000mph most times and gets his words flummoxed. Not sure where 70-85percent would be used in a 3wk wave, but it's likely on his site somewhere, written in Greek.
Geared uses 50,55,60 with 25% band tension Raw uses 75,80,85%. Accomodating resistance won't do much for the raw lifter in my opinion so the raw will do this wave without bands
Ben Harms on DE day the geared lifters lift with out gear from what I understand. So it's 50-65% of their geared 1RM. And they do that unequipped. It would still be about the same amount of the weight if they took there raw 1 RM and did 75-80% of that... since the gear helps out that difference in percentage
Nick Hubert Deadlift is THE definitive power production movement of them all. Forget bench, forget all the rest. The total force production and efficacy of strength against resistance with deadlift surpasses them all combined.
It's hits your posterior chain and makes use of almost every muscle in your body. Not to mention so many things builds off the deadlift. If you can deadlift more weight than you could three weeks ago your squat will have gone up. If you can back squat more than you could three weeks ago your front squat will most likely have gone up and there fore your clean and snatch and your bent over row will hav gone up does that make since
@69cboggs : if it was "massive" amounts, he would be dead right now. He's actually one of the smart ones that do not abuse them. However, he's also never lied about not taking them. He'll tell you he has taken them. And he'll also tell you that his numbers shot up after using the conjugate method. It works well with those on or off drugs.

Well said but Louise Simmons mentions that 1.2 meters/second that his lifters are deadlifting is a first pull equivalent to Olympic lifters. Little does he know that the second pull for Olympic lifters is even faster. But I'm sure he knows that.

Use 70%-80% if you’re a raw powerlifter.
Use 50%-60% (with accommodating resistance) if you’re an equipped liter.
Hope this helps.
