@Ethral_ it's just like a unique archetype that currently isn't in the new one. And I mean I get why cuz it was the wonkiest character in the first game as well and they changed some of the mechanic stuff in this game so they're probably just trying to figure out how to work it but I think it was on their list of characters they're going to release
@@Velereonics I think she'll probably be within the first two characters released. But yeah I get what you're saying. She's a lot like Ness in Smash in terms of floatiness and what not. I've been playing a lot of Clairen in RoA II, I liked her a lot in RoA too (which is weird cause I'm not normally a tipper character type of guy), but Absa felt closer to the kind of character I like playing.
Clairen feels lame to play against but so does Zetter, and your description of the attacks and it not killing just feels criminal, isn't backair supposed to kill?
Clairen having to run a marathon to cross the finish line, meanwhile the rest of the cast auto combos into high percentage and can kill with a smash attack from all parts of the stage.
this comments section demonstrates the problem with a fighting game getting a much larger fanbase. by that, i mean the comments section of any rivals 2 video is WAY more dense with complaining than any rivals 1 video. the character that lost is bottom 1 and the character that won is top 1 and that's why they lost! jesus christ i thought i stopped playing ggst
