    I'm glad this is being discussed. Doctors are expected to be strong emotionally and not show any weakness. They keep the stress, agony and pain within themselves. They cannot even discuss how they feel with their family because they don't understand the level of work stress they go through.

      plus confidentiality! holding other's pain and situations but not being able to discuss it due to patient confidentiality. it's important to stay confidential but it adds to the burden.

    The word resilience is a slap in the face. Being a trainee is complete torture and abuse. The administration does not care at all about what health care workers go through.
