To me,personally the best salmon I have tasted came from off the Otago coast ,raised in a hatchery,released into river's & harbors,caught after feeding mainly on krill & sprays off the coast of the south island of nz.The krill gives this fish an amazing orange colour with a high omega 3& 6witch which I would have to say is unmatched for wild salmon ,sounds like these guys take care in their product.I wish them success!

Sad you came to Australia and all ive seen is negativity and misinformation. Sad really if you dont know what good fats are and bad fats and you have to resort to comparing fish to salmon you should educate yourself. Fats aren't just fats

Copper river salmon..from Alaska where salmon are actually from... they aren't even from New Zealand.
