Bought the Gamo Arrow. First ever PCP. Wow! Cracking and so cheap! Got it for £300 with a scope (Edgar Bros 3-9x40) from May of London. You are ahead of so many. Not seen reviewed in UK anywhere else and it is really accurate, especially for the price! Top work fella. Keep it up
I had 2 supplied by Edgar brothers must have been a bad batch about both had air pressure fluctuation one dropping to 6ft/lbs but when on song there a solid operator
The Pumping isnt as bad as it seems you can get divers bottles a simple twist of the main valve and its full in seconds no hard work. Glad your enjoying the vids
Enjoying your videos. Really like the idea of getting a pcp but the air supply/needing a tank etc or pumping manually is off-putting. Especially the cost of air tanks. Would be great if you could get bundles with 3ltr tanks included for cheap. Would love to see air guns tested with a DB meter too as if I get something has to be quiet due to close neighbours. Keep up the great reviews, have sat through a few and like your humble manner 👍🏻
I use the Air Venturi G9 handpump it was bundled with the Gamo Arrow and it really isn't that bad. Plus when you pump it from zero to full you can get 40 high power shots before having to top off the cylinder again, and it's much easier with less pumping just topping it off after shooting off 2 or 3 mags. You can also keep it fully pumped with a magazine inside until you're ready to shoot. I kept mines at 232 bar for almost 2 years and it held the air, no leaks.
so I asked google what 171 meters per second was into feet per second and it gave me 561.024 feet per second. That's pretty low. I've seen other youtuber's chronograph the Arrow and were getting 730-760ish fps with 14.3 grain pellets. I'm assuming your Gamo Arrow is restricted to lower fps because your in the UK? Sorry I'm just going by your accent, I'm not sure where you're located

Yes the one.we had in had a fluctuation in power and im based in the black country west midlands
@rcontour so the arrow you tested is restricted in power compared to U.S.?
