You can’t beat either one. When people say they don’t like TS’s, I just can’t understand. Use a good TS9 or TS808 reissue, Ibanez though, not a clone, and you want to play all night.
@@serg4012 there’s a lot goin on here. The hw sounds a little bit more hi-fi at lower gain with better dynamic control. At higher gain the low end doesn’t shave off. The tube screamer has always been great for shaving off the high end for metal applications and tightening it up. The HW tone control seems very interactive with the gain so I’m sure there’s sweet spots galore between amp and pedal. I’m just not sure about the price tag.
