    I like your drop- dead honesty especially when you said "I didn't do well in this course"... that was a high moment in this video. In addition, I love the way you went on to explain in a nutshell what are the various courses about.
    Now, you would be able to compare and contrast a couple of great engineering schools' courses and their courses within state of Texas- the UT system and T A&M U systems maybe? You see I'm not sure what the programmes offer since I am not from the US. In other words I would like to have value for money! Are Americans making a terrible mistake by paying no attention to the lesser known schools which might be otherwise having a great engineering school ? What's your honest thoughts on these questions? Thanks.🇬🇾

    2nd year Architectural Engineering major here! Love your videos!! Can you post videos about finding internships?

    I swapped my major to Chem E, As I didn’t get the warm and fuzzy on the financial prospects when transitioning from college to the professional world. No one I spoke too in this field seemed like they were doing no more better than the avg people in the work force. I think architecture is cool but if it doesn’t pay the bills then... well... it’s just an expensive hobby.

    Hey Grayson,
    Did you switch from an Architecture student to a Architectural Engineering student? I am a bit confused since your older videos shows you interning at an Architecture firm?
    Also just subscribed, you are so effortlessly funny with your comments and edits 😂

      I guess my question is were you interning as an AE student or an Architecture student 😁

      Glad you enjoyed the vid! I am a double major in engineering and architecture, personally I've only had internships with architecture firms, but I'm hoping to find a firm that does both or doesn't separate them at all (this is more common in europe)!

    Thanks so much for the video I am really interested in this and there aren't enough resources about it. Questions; since it has Architecture in the name, where does the design in AE take place? Are there many job opportunities and internships for AE? Can someone with a degree in AE be hired at an Architecture firm or vise versa or do the two not have a lot of overlap?

    Hey Grayson, I love the video it really help me.
    I have some questions though, as you are doing a double major are you going to get both the architectural and architectural engineer majors? And the you have a mixed of majors( I guess) so the degree plan would change for a student that is only in architectural engineering?
    Thanks for the video (love the edition)❤

    How do you become an architectural engineer? Like do you have to take a specific program in college or can you major in a different type of engineering?

    • @TheGravyson
      @TheGravyson  2 года назад

      I believe you can have any engineering degree to be eligible to take the licensure exams, but studying a discipline related to architectural engineering will cut down on extra studying and give you more marketability when looking for jobs. Many schools don't offer Architectural Engineering, I recommend Civil or Mechanical in that case!
