Ditto to everyone else. Repeat in random order with tweaks based on trial 1. I learn so much and am inspired to brew and improve by these vids. Plus, they're fun to watch!

So sad this is coming to an end. Have been looking forward to these videos every week after my initial binging of the first 50 or so episodes. I am SUPER impressed by your stamina and perseverence. AND it looks like you have been having brewing all of these beers as well. Cheers from Norway.

Now that this series is close to an end, it would nice to have a new series with experimental recipes not following the BJCP guidelines

This is getting tense. Nearly at the end!
I've loved all the brews so far and am really glad that you and Lauren take several for the team so we can avoid some of the "very interesting" beers.
My money's on New England IPA for the final beer even though I'd rather see some of the others. Also looking forward to seeing how your Lambics turned out. As others have said, I really hope we continue to see more brewing videos once the challenge is over.

Ill add my vote to a great series. I wait with anticipation each week for your video I seriously hope you will be carrying on with something beyond the 99 . I'm a little over 6 months into all grain brewing and you videos have been a god send. If you do stop at 99 ill be satisfied, job well done. If you continue on past 99 ill be grateful for your continuing insight into brewing beer at home. Thank you whatever you decide. Cheers from Australia!

I’ve really enjoyed watching the progress and development of your brew space, video editing and the interesting little info sessions between the brewday and tasting footage. I wish I had the space to devote to my brew days but alas that’s a little way off yet! I’d echo what others have said and clone recipes might be fun but we all know it’s had to nail exactly commercial brews. Still it’s a nice spin on the theme if you can be motivated. You may enjoy a break after 2 years of weekly brewing 🙂

Question if I may, why don’t you use a refractometer for pre-fermentation gravity readings?

I have a homebrewed burton ale (trying to age it a bit, but it's too tasty) and I just love it, it's really similar in character to the beer (can't recall the name) I had in my first ever pub experience, can't remember the name of the beer nor the pub, but I do remember the feeling of having a good pint of cask in a warm welcoming pub

Hard to believe this series is almost over. Question for you regarding the Clawhammer system, what is the smallest size batch you can do in there? I’m thinking about upgrading and I’m leaning towards this system.

    • @TheHomebrewChallenge

2.5 gallons is the smallest I’ve made. Don’t think you can go much below that without exposing the heating element.

I might need some advice. Last Sunday I brewed a trippel, but the water lock isn't doing anything, even though the inside of the bucket smells like beer including that kinda burning in the nose(just opened it to take a quick look) do I have to repitch the yeast or is my bucket just broken/leaking

    • @TheHomebrewChallenge
