Ingredients:
400g rice milk (any other kind of milk can be substitution.)
400g banana
100g dates (doesn't have to be dates.)
120g cashew nuts
10g coconut Oil (you can skip this)
40g acai powder
Instructions:
1. blend all the ingredients with a high power blender.
2. put the mixture into an ice cream maker. it normally takes 15 - 20 minutes.
3. leave the mixture in a freezer for a couple of hours.

「材料」
ライスミルク400g（他のミルクでも構いません）
バナナ400g
カシューナッツ120g
デーツ100g（他の甘味料で代用できます）
ココナッツオイル10g（なくても大丈夫です。風味が好きなだけです。笑）
アサイーパウダー40g（量は好みで増減してください。）
「作り方」
１、すべての材料をハイパワーのブレンダーでよく撹拌する。
２、アイスクリームメーカーに流し入れる。固まるまでに15〜20分くらいかかります。
３、冷凍庫で数時間ほどさらに凍らせます。

i'm from brazil, and here, we make açaí ice cream with guaraná (brazillian fruit) or banana, without any nuts, with a little sugar, and, in the end we put some milk powder in the top. it's very tasty. i Love your channel :D. sorry for bad english

Nasa P Yes, guaraná as in energy drinks haha. Açaí would a natural 'energy drink' here, if you would compare to it. Though sometimes we use bananas too, at least where I live they do

If you're poor like me and you can't afford a hight power blender, i would highly suggest you to soak the cashews the night before (or 30 minutes minimum in hot water). Otherwise you risk to kill your poor ass blender.

I am from Brazil and I am expert in açaí, becouse it's sooooo delicious that a take every weekend, specially now that's summer (hot as hell) I would take açaí everyday.
Here in Brazil the preparation is very simple, you don't need to add all those ingredients, which I consider "fancy ingredients", here you add the bananas to smooth it up and guaraná syrup to sweetened, you used dates to sweet your recipe is a very good idea, I believe that Guaraná syrup is not easy to find in other parts of the world.
Anyway, here in Brazil the home made preparation is easy and you can garnish the top with many ingredients you'd like as fruits, jam, chocolate, condensed milk... anything!
Interesting point, açaí is from the North of the country, they take açaí raw with fish, a "salty" version.
you have a very exquisite mix of kitchenware, that's for sure.
