I've been in the local government for almost 29 yrs.now with sub prof eligibility and PBET eligibility.My position is a day care worker under salary grade 6 of the office of the city social welfare and development.I was transferred to the office last 2013 to handle the admin works but sad thing not been given an opportunity for a promotion until such time I recieved an office order to be assigned to an island to handle the day care service at which there was no due process and there is an existing of a day care worker in the said island.Please I need help for my situation.I already have 6 yrs.more to work in the government since I'll be 54 yrs.old this year of 2024

I'm a passer of Civil Service exam, and I wanted to be a Government employee. But no matter how hard I try no Government owned and Controlled agencies hire me. Instead they hire their own kinsmen or henchmen. Sad but true.
